Abstract

This research aims to examine the application of Microleading Simulation as an innovation in leadership learning within Islamic education. A qualitative method was employed, with data collected through literature review and in-depth interviews with lecturers and students who had implemented the simulation. Data analysis followed Sugiyono’s model, including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that this simulation effectively enhances students' leadership competencies, particularly in decision-making, collaboration, and communication. The simulation also provides contextual experiences closely resembling real-world challenges in Islamic educational management. The validity of the research was tested through data triangulation from various sources, strengthening the consistency and accuracy of the findings.
